Special reports from Oman

Students in 10 schools across Oman are developing print and/or online newspapers as part of a High School Journalism Education Program. Read the first editions of two newspapers produced by Shinas and Afra Bint Obeid schools. The program is supported by the U.S. Department of State's Middle East Partnership Initiative.

Reprinting Policy

iEARN (International Education and Resource Network) owns all materials that appear on World Youth News.

  • Reprinting in school and youth publications

School newspapers, magazines and other non-commercial youth publications around the world are encouraged to reprint World Youth News articles. Reprinted article should include the reporter's name and location, along with the following attribution: "From World Youth News, (www.worldyouthnews.org)."

We will in turn highlight youth publications that reprint our articles. This is our way of saying thanks for using the news service and sharing student perspectives.
